I now know how to get into emergency mode on my NAS.
Just hold the reset button down while powering on the device. Then you hook up
the device directly to your computer. The IP of the computer should be
192.168.11.254. Then you can enable telnet with java –jar acp_commander.jar –o
–t 192.168.11.150. Still having trouble updating the firmware though…
