There is lots new today. First of all, yesterday I started an app and an online site called, “myfittnesspal”. This will allow me to track the calories I eat everyday, and then I can know when to stop eating. This is the second day of using it. The first day went well.

Second, today I am going to the racket center with CWDR. This is also going to mean the first day of exercise for me on myfitnesspal.
